Terms of Advertisement Placement

Users of the advertisement services in [MALJOB] provided by SEVEN SEAS & PARTNERS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 7SP) shall agree the following terms of service.

Posting Standard

Postings that fall under any of the following categories may not be qualified for registering our service.

• Posting that could be linked to politics, religion, superstitions and any of such kinds
• Posting that contains defamation or term of abuse that could tarnish credibility or slander reputation of particular individual or group
• Posting of which source cannot be identified (company information is not provided or the link changes every time)
• Posting that violates privacy of individuals
• Posting that contains discriminatory statements based on race, ethnicity, or origin
• Advertisement without the necessary authorization such as an approval from the entity concerned
• False advertisement for 7SP and the users
• Posting that intentionally hinders the necessary information associated with the contents
• Posting that could conflict with Japanese legislations (including but not limited to Penal Code, Commercial Law, Civil Code, Pharmaceutical Law, legislation concerning direct selling)
• Posting that could put 7SP and the users at a disadvantage (including disrepute)
• Posting that links to another site including the contents listed above

Postings other the ones listed above may be disqualified when 7SP determines it is not appropriate.

Types of Advertisement

＜Premium Banner＞

A banner will be displayed at the top of the page designated for the Japanese Candidates. Advertisement based on the contingent fee system where the charge is generated by the number of clicks.
Banner to be submitted should conform to the specification defined by 7SP. Using banner images unpleasant to the users is prohibited. If the banners submitted are determined to be inappropriate by 7SP, we may modify the contents within the scope set forth in the guideline.

＜Premium Job＞

Advertisement of job information posted at the top and bottom of the recruiting information pane (hereinafter referred to as "standard pane") as a premium recruiting pane.
Display of such advertisement is same as the search result of recruiting information by industry/job description which is posted as advertisement. Advertisement based on the contingent fee system where the charge is generated by the number of clicks.　Premium job pane is distinguished from the standard pane by coloring its pane or including description as "Premium job" and so forth.

Posting period of advertisement

＜Premium Banner＞

The basic contract period of this service starts at the time of submitting application and ends when the total contingent fees reaches the amount that has been paid upon registration, thus the end of posting of concerned advertisement.

If the posting fails to yield notable results without the prospects of future outcomes and continuing the posting is likely to cause damages to the operation of media itself, the posting may be removed. However, the fees that have been paid are not refundable under any circumstances

＜Premium Job＞

The basic contract period of this service ends when the total contingent fees reaches the amount that has been paid upon registration or at the time of expiring the employment information posted, whichever is earlier.
If the posting fails to yield notable results without the prospects of future outcomes and continuing the posting is likely to cause damages to the operation of media itself, the posting may be removed. However, the fees that have been paid are not refundable under any circumstances.

Discontinuation of advertisement placement

If any of the contents are modified after the advertisement has been placed and resulted in the violation of terms and conditions; business content or representation conflicts with the laws and regulations; failure to respond to the verification request from 7SP; the case determined as inappropriate at the discretion of 7SP; the concerned ad placement may be terminated.
If a user files a complaint, the concerned posting may be discontinued or the contents posted may be replaced.
In the event of discontinuing posting, the fees that have been paid are not refundable.

The number of displays for advertisement pane

The banner advertisement posted in a single page is limited to that of one company. The number of advertisement panes posted in the same period shall be setup by 7SP at random.
The number of panes displayed in a single window (one page) is set to six panes as a standard (three panes at the top and three panes at the bottom of job search). If there are six or more advertisements, it will be posted in the following page and after.

Display sequence of advertisement

Advertisements are placed randomly per page display. The order of the postings cannot be specified individually.
However, if the order of ad placement is determined as inappropriate by 7SP, the sequence of display may be adjusted.

Non-display of advertisement

Depending on the contents of advertisement, some of the contents may be hidden for the specific user group (by age or preference) at 7SP’s discretion.

Advertisement copy

Texts for the posting should be socially acceptable contents, in conformance with the laws and other legislations applicable.
In principle, obscene comments, misleading contents, or language unpleasant to the users cannot be posted.
Besides the contents described above, the advertisement copy containing an inappropriate content may need to be revised for the ad placement.

Cancellation

No cancellation after submission of application shall be negotiable.

Process through the ad placement

1. Application/Registration - Sign up from the page for corporation and submit application to subscribe the services from online.
2. Advertising Decision - If you subscribe "Premium Banner", create your advertisement copy according to the specification defined by 7SP. If you subscribe "Premium Job", sign up after registering job information.
3. Payment/Submit documents - The fee is payable by credit card. Payment option other than that will not be accepted in principle. Please also complete the specified advertisement format for ad placement.
4. Check documents/Ad placement - Check the contents of advertisement submitted. The advertisement will be posted on the site once it is verified that it does not violate any of the standard with respect to the ad placement.

Others

7SP assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages or loss resulting from the use of this site, including, but not limited to the damages and loss resulting from the advertisement posted on the site and cause of action.
